Refund and Return Policy for Customized Products

1. Customized Products: All of our products are made to order and customized specifically for each customer. Due to the personalized nature of these items, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a product that is defective or does not match your order specifications, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will require a description of the issue along with photographic evidence. If your claim is validated, we will issue a refund in the form of a gift card for the value of the product.

3. Gift Card Issuance: Refunds for eligible returns will only be issued as a gift card. The gift card will be sent to the email address associated with your order and can be used for future purchases at our store. Please note that gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Order Changes and Cancellations: Once an order is placed for a customized product, it cannot be changed or canceled. Please ensure that all details are correct before finalizing your purchase.
