We will require a description of the issue along with photographic evidence. If your claim is validated, we will issue a refund in the form of a gift card for the value of the product.

3. Gift Card Issuance: Refunds for eligible returns will only be issued as a gift card. The gift card will be sent to the email address associated with your order and can be used for future purchases at our store. Please note that gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
